They did an awesome job on building my smoker combo. Whatever you dream up JH Smokers can do. Seasoned and smoked on it same day and it held temperature for over an hour. No baby sitting every 20-30 minutes anymore. Looked all around for smokers from Texas, Ohio, Oklahoma and found JH Smokers from a fellow postmaster. The rest is history! If I could recommend ten stars I would, you know what 10 stars!!!
